What Is a Good Faith Estimate?

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. This applies to patients who:

  • Don’t have insurance
  • Are not using insurance for their visit

What Will It Include?

A Good Faith Estimate outlines the total expected costs of any non-emergency services, including:

  • Chiropractic adjustments
  • Exams and consultations
  • Related services such as imaging, equipment, or supplements (if applicable)

We will provide this estimate in writing at least one business day before your appointment. You can also request one before scheduling.

If Your Bill Exceeds the Estimate

If you receive a bill that is $400 or more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.

Tip: Always keep a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
